|  | | The RED ORKTOBER | | | | | The largest and most ambitious project to date. It was originally designed as a display for my four player team for Adepticon 2009. It was built in 7 weeks time at 6 days a week for 10-12 hours a day. Painting was done in less than 2 weeks. This 14 foot model includes countless pieces ranging from Star Wars, GI Joe, and Disney toys. Model kits, hot wheels toys and a Hannah Montana game! The ship has over 100 battery lit lights and was mounted on a steel wheeled cart. The design of this model is two part. one side to be the exterior of a huge vessel with guns, engines, aircraft catapults docking bays and thousands of other details. The other side was built as an interior space with a bridge,computer room, brig, workshops, teleporter bay, motor pool, and the docking bays.
